Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms cover the SureBetUK alert subscription. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. By subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SureBetUK is an independent information service based in England. To contact us about anything in these terms, message our Telegram bot, @sports_arb_guest_bot.

2. What SureBetUK is

SureBetUK is an information service. A subscription gives you Telegram alerts when bookmakers' prices differ enough to create an arbitrage opportunity or a value bet, with suggested stakes. We are not a bookmaker. We don't accept bets, hold your money, or offer odds of our own. Any bet you place is between you and the bookmaker or exchange, under its own rules.

To subscribe you must be 18 or over, live in the UK or Ireland, and be allowed to bet with the bookmakers you use.

3. No guaranteed results

4. Price and payment

The subscription costs £9.99 a month. Stripe takes the first payment when you subscribe, then the same amount on the same date each month until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the alerts channel, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time in our billing portal. Enter the email you subscribed with and Stripe will email you a secure link. You can also message us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Apart from the 14-day right below, or where the law requires it, we don't refund part-months.

6. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment by messaging us. Because the alerts start as soon as you subscribe, at your request, we'll refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the days you've already had.

7. Fair use

Your subscription is for you personally. Please don't share your invite link, or forward, resell or republish paid alerts. If you do, we may end your subscription.

8. Availability

We aim to run the scanner around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. It relies on outside data suppliers, Telegram and our hosting providers. If a long outage affects you, contact us and we'll look at it fairly.

9. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses from bets you choose to place, for bookmakers' decisions about your account, or for decisions you make based on our alerts. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop, and get free, confidential help from BeGambleAware. If you've excluded yourself from gambling through GAMSTOP, please don't use this service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects you significantly, we'll tell subscribers in the alerts channel before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland, you keep the consumer protections of where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
